Alissa at the front desk was outstanding. There was a problem with the prepayment made through Booking.com. The Hampton Inn system did not show the prepayment. An additional payment was made. I took the confirmation email back down to the front desk to discuss the duplicate payment. Alissa very professionally took charge and contacted booking .com. The end result was that booking.com issued a refund back to my credit card. Please let the manager of this location knowing what an outstanding employee Alissa is. Thank you Alissa!!!

Everyone was nice that I talked to. Kristen kept in touch to make sure everything was going good. Breakfast was excellent.

Very clean and quiet, a lot of parking and hot buffet style breakfast, and fitness center was clean and didn't smell bad.

Bed was great! Slept perfectly. Breakfast was great, food selection plenty and it was hot. Very pleased.

The breakfast was amazing. Waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal w lots of fixings, eggs, muffins, smoked sausage, potatoes. There was also yogurt and cranberry juice. Also toast and dry cereal, 3 kinds of coffee and hot tea. Best I've seen in years.

I frequently stay at this location and it never disappoints. The front desk staff always make me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is great. I will keep coming back!
